Perhaps my favorite part of The Passion was in the Garden of Gethsemene when Jesus stomps the serpent’s head. Awsome allusion to Genesis 3:15 and one of the only images in the movie that showed the fuller picture of Jesus. He isn’t just the meek and mild brunt of humiliation – He is also the victorious warrior King who will come again in the clouds and before whom we all will bow.
