A Utah woman is being charged with murder for rejecting her doctors advice to have a C-section in order to save her baby’s life. One of her twins died because she “didn’t want a scar.” One of the more disgustingly amazing things about this case is the way in which the pro-abortion crowd is standing by her, handing out the same old worn out arguments they have always used.

For instance, a BYU law professor opinied, “It’s very troubling to have somebody come in and say we’re going to charge this mother for murder because we don’t like the choices she made.” What a joke. Just because she “chose” her action somehow makes it OK, as if people don’t “choose” to do bad things everyday. If I choose to go rob the local store and shoot the clerk, should I use this argument in court: “Your honor, I know that I stole some stuff and we have a dead person as a result of my actions, but please understand that it is OK becasue it was my choice. After all, its my body and I can choose to do what I want with it.
