"Walking by Faith"

Volume 2 Issue 1    January-February, 2005

Last newsletter I talked about having to get out of the boat if we were going to be like Peter and walk on the water. Well, we got out of the boat and bought our first two months of radio time—now its sink or walk time.

The show is going well and I believe our audience will continue to grow as word gets around. I am working on doing more promotion with area churches, colleges and businesses in an effort to get as many people on board as possible, but obviously it will take some time to build a large audience base.

Our goals for the broadcast are basically unlimited. We want to move towards a two hour show (one hour simply isn’t long enough to do justice to our topics), and then do those two hours on a weeknight instead of the weekend (more listeners and an easier time slot to build a following). Then we would like to get on more stations and keep growing from there.

Of course all that starts with being able to purchase broadcast time in March, so please pray that God provides for that. You can find out more about the radio show and how to support it in the first two pages of this newsletter.

In this issue you will also find out about how God is providing in other areas as He opens more doors to spread His truth. And you will meet my right hand man, Brandon Ridley. Brandon and I get to know each other as he attended the college/career group I direct and he has grown to be a wonderful co-worker.
